1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on a user's device or browser when visiting a website. They are used to recognise users, retain preferences, and analyse usage patterns.

Similar technologies include local storage tokens, session identifiers, and device identifiers used in mobile applications.

2. Current Status — Mobile Application

The DoMore mobile application (iOS & Android) does not use cookies in the traditional sense, as it does not operate through a web browser.

However, the application uses technologies of equivalent function:

Firebase Instance ID — a unique device identifier used to send push notifications. No personal data is stored.

Authentication tokens (Firebase Auth) — maintain the user's session. Stored locally on the device in encrypted form.

Supabase session tokens — secure communication with the database. Not shared with third parties.

The application integrates third-party SDKs that may collect technical data for their own purposes, in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

Should a web version of the DoMore platform be developed in the future, this Policy will be expanded to cover:

Strictly necessary cookies (website functionality)

Performance / analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics)

Marketing / targeting cookies (if applicable)

In that case, a consent mechanism (cookie banner) will be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive.

5. Your Rights

With regard to the technical identifiers used by the application, you have the following options:

Reset your Firebase Instance ID by deleting and reinstalling the application

Log out of your account to clear session tokens

Request full deletion of your data by contacting info@do-more.gr

6. Changes to This Policy

This Policy is updated whenever we change the technology we use or when new features are added. Changes will be communicated via push notification or email.

1. Τι είναι τα Cookies

Τα cookies είναι μικρά αρχεία κειμένου που αποθηκεύονται στη συσκευή ή το πρόγραμμα περιήγησης του χρήστη κατά την επίσκεψη σε ιστότοπο. Χρησιμοποιούνται για την αναγνώριση του χρήστη, τη διατήρηση προτιμήσεων και την ανάλυση της χρήσης.

Παρόμοιες τεχνολογίες περιλαμβάνουν τα local storage tokens, τα session identifiers και τα αναγνωριστικά συσκευής (device identifiers) που χρησιμοποιούνται σε mobile εφαρμογές.

2. Τρέχουσα Κατάσταση — Mobile Εφαρμογή

Η mobile εφαρμογή DoMore (iOS & Android) δεν χρησιμοποιεί cookies με την παραδοσιακή έννοια του όρου, καθώς δεν λειτουργεί μέσω προγράμματος περιήγησης (browser).

Ωστόσο, η εφαρμογή χρησιμοποιεί τεχνολογίες ανάλογης λειτουργίας:

Firebase Instance ID — μοναδικό αναγνωριστικό συσκευής για την αποστολή push notifications. Δεν αποθηκεύει προσωπικά δεδομένα.

Authentication tokens (Firebase Auth) — διατήρηση σύνδεσης χρήστη κατά τη διάρκεια session. Αποθηκεύονται τοπικά στη συσκευή με κρυπτογράφηση.

Supabase session tokens — ασφαλής επικοινωνία με τη βάση δεδομένων. Δεν κοινοποιούνται σε τρίτους.

3. Τρίτοι Πάροχοι — SDKs

Η εφαρμογή ενσωματώνει SDKs τρίτων παρόχων που ενδέχεται να συλλέγουν τεχνικά δεδομένα για τους δικούς τους σκοπούς, σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές απορρήτου τους:

Εάν στο μέλλον αναπτυχθεί web έκδοση της πλατφόρμας DoMore, η παρούσα Πολιτική θα επεκταθεί ώστε να καλύπτει:

Αναγκαία cookies (λειτουργία ιστότοπου)

Cookies επιδόσεων / αναλυτικά (π.χ. Google Analytics)

Cookies marketing / στόχευσης (εφόσον χρησιμοποιηθούν)

Στην περίπτωση αυτή θα εφαρμοστεί μηχανισμός λήψης συγκατάθεσης (cookie banner) σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του GDPR και της Οδηγίας ePrivacy.

Σχετικά με τα τεχνικά αναγνωριστικά που χρησιμοποιεί η εφαρμογή, έχετε τα εξής δικαιώματα:

Επαναφορά του Firebase Instance ID μέσω διαγραφής και επανεγκατάστασης της εφαρμογής

Αποσύνδεση από τον λογαριασμό σας για εκκαθάριση των session tokens

Πλήρης διαγραφή δεδομένων κατόπιν αιτήματος στο info@do-more.gr

6. Αλλαγές στην Πολιτική

Η παρούσα Πολιτική ενημερώνεται όταν αλλάζει η τεχνολογία που χρησιμοποιούμε ή όταν προστίθενται νέες λειτουργίες. Οι αλλαγές γνωστοποιούνται μέσω push notification ή email.
