1. Μέρη
Συμβαλλόμενοι είναι το DoMore (Νεφέλη Βογιατζά, ατομική επιχείρηση, ΑΦΜ 180268280, Κλείτου 17, 546 42 Θεσσαλονίκη) και η επιχείρηση που διαχειρίζεται τον αθλητικό χώρο («το Club»). Με την εγγραφή ως owner ή με την ενεργοποίηση του venue στην εφαρμογή, το Club αποδέχεται τους παρόντες Όρους.
2. Τι παρέχει το DoMore
Προβολή του venue σε παίκτες μέσα από το marketplace
Online κρατήσεις με προπληρωμή
Open matches και matchmaking για συμπλήρωση κενών ωρών
Εργαλεία διαχείρισης: πρόγραμμα, κλεισίματα γηπέδων, προσφορές και promo codes, συγχρονισμός με Google Calendar, external booking API
Ειδοποιήσεις για νέες κρατήσεις και ακυρώσεις
3. Υποχρεώσεις του Club
Κρατά ακριβή και ενημερωμένα στοιχεία: γήπεδα, ωράριο, τιμές, φωτογραφίες, κανόνες.
Τιμά κάθε επιβεβαιωμένη κράτηση. Αν μια ώρα έχει κλειστεί εκτός DoMore, την κλείνει και στην εφαρμογή, ώστε να μην υπάρξει διπλή κράτηση.
Αν ακυρώσει ή απορρίψει κράτηση, ο παίκτης παίρνει πλήρη επιστροφή και δεν οφείλεται προμήθεια. Συχνές ακυρώσεις από το Club μπορεί να οδηγήσουν σε αναστολή της προβολής του.
Είναι υπεύθυνο για τις εγκαταστάσεις, την ασφάλεια, τις άδειες λειτουργίας, την ασφάλιση αστικής ευθύνης και την έκδοση φορολογικών στοιχείων προς τους πελάτες του για την υπηρεσία που παρέχει.
Δεν χρεώνει στους παίκτες του DoMore υψηλότερη τιμή από αυτή που δηλώνει στην εφαρμογή.
4. Προμήθεια και εκκαθάριση
Κόστος υπαγωγής: 0 €, χωρίς συνδρομή
Προμήθεια: 12% επί του ποσού που εισέπραξε πραγματικά το DoMore (10% DoMore + 2% κόστος συναλλαγής)
Ποσό προς το Club: 88% των εισπράξεων
Εκκαθάριση: Μηνιαία, για τον προηγούμενο ημερολογιακό μήνα, με email αναλυτικής κατάστασης
Πληρωμή: Τραπεζική μεταφορά στο IBAN του Club μέχρι τις 10 του επόμενου μήνα
Τιμολόγιο: Το DoMore εκδίδει τιμολόγιο προμήθειας για το 12%
Πληρωμές μετρητοίς στο venue δεν περνούν από το DoMore και δεν χρεώνονται προμήθεια.
Στα open matches μετράει μόνο ό,τι πληρώθηκε μέσω DoMore. Παίκτες που προσέθεσε το Club και πληρώνουν στο venue δεν μετράνε.
Επιστροφές προς παίκτες αφαιρούνται από τις εισπράξεις του μήνα. Αν προκύψει επιστροφή αφού πληρωθεί το Club, συμψηφίζεται στην επόμενη εκκαθάριση.
Το Club ελέγχει την εκκαθάριση και μπορεί να αμφισβητήσει εγγράφως μέσα σε 15 ημέρες.
Η προμήθεια μπορεί να αλλάξει με γραπτή ειδοποίηση τουλάχιστον 30 ημερών. Το Club μπορεί τότε να λύσει τη συνεργασία χωρίς κόστος.
5. Πολιτική ακυρώσεων προς παίκτες
Το Club αποδέχεται την πολιτική των Όρων Χρήσης: πλήρης επιστροφή για ακύρωση τουλάχιστον 6 ώρες πριν, καμία επιστροφή για λιγότερες από 6 ώρες, και αυτόματη ακύρωση open match που δεν γέμισε 2 ώρες πριν. Για κρατήσεις που ακυρώνονται με επιστροφή, δεν οφείλεται ποσό στο Club.
6. Δεδομένα παικτών
Το Club λαμβάνει όνομα, τηλέφωνο και στοιχεία κράτησης μόνο για να εξυπηρετήσει τις κρατήσεις στο venue του. Δεν τα χρησιμοποιεί για marketing χωρίς τη συγκατάθεση του παίκτη, δεν τα δίνει σε τρίτους και τα προστατεύει σύμφωνα με το GDPR ως ανεξάρτητος υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας.
7. Περιεχόμενο και προβολή
Το Club επιτρέπει στο DoMore να χρησιμοποιεί το όνομα, το logo και τις φωτογραφίες του μέσα στην εφαρμογή, στο website και στα social media για την προώθηση του venue, όσο διαρκεί η συνεργασία. Εγγυάται ότι έχει τα δικαιώματα σε ό,τι ανεβάζει.
8. Διάρκεια και λύση
Αορίστου χρόνου. Κάθε μέρος μπορεί να τη λύσει με γραπτή ειδοποίηση 30 ημερών.
Οι ήδη επιβεβαιωμένες κρατήσεις τιμώνται και εκκαθαρίζονται κανονικά.
Το DoMore μπορεί να αναστείλει άμεσα την προβολή σε περίπτωση απάτης ή σοβαρής παραβίασης.
9. Ευθύνη
Το DoMore δεν ευθύνεται για ατυχήματα ή ζημιές στο venue, ούτε για απώλεια εσόδων από προσωρινή μη διαθεσιμότητα της εφαρμογής. Η συνολική ευθύνη του DoMore δεν ξεπερνά τις προμήθειες των τελευταίων 3 μηνών, εκτός από δόλο ή βαριά αμέλεια.
10. DoMore for Business
Μελλοντικά πακέτα επί πληρωμή (DoMore for Business) θα έχουν ξεχωριστούς όρους τιμολόγησης και είναι προαιρετικά. Το πακέτο Free (0 € + 12%) παραμένει διαθέσιμο.
11. Εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο
Ελληνικό δίκαιο. Αρμόδια τα δικαστήρια της Θεσσαλονίκης.
Club Partnership Terms

1. Parties
The parties are DoMore (Nefeli Vogiatza, sole proprietorship, VAT number 180268280, Kleitou 17, 546 42 Thessaloniki, Greece) and the business that operates the sports venue (“the Club”). By registering as an owner or activating the venue in the app, the Club accepts these Terms.
2. What DoMore provides
Promotion of the venue to players through the marketplace
Online bookings with prepayment
Open matches and matchmaking to fill empty slots
Management tools: schedule, court closures, offers and promo codes, Google Calendar sync, external booking API
Notifications for new bookings and cancellations
3. Club obligations
Keeps accurate and up-to-date details: courts, opening hours, prices, photos, rules.
Honours every confirmed booking. If a slot has been booked outside DoMore, it also closes it in the app, so that no double booking occurs.
If it cancels or rejects a booking, the player receives a full refund and no commission is due. Frequent cancellations by the Club may lead to suspension of its listing.
Is responsible for the facilities, safety, operating licences, civil liability insurance and for issuing tax receipts to its customers for the service it provides.
Does not charge DoMore players a higher price than the one it lists in the app.
4. Commission and settlement
Onboarding cost: €0, no subscription
Commission: 12% of the amount actually collected by DoMore (10% DoMore + 2% transaction cost)
Amount to the Club: 88% of collections
Settlement: Monthly, for the previous calendar month, with a detailed statement by email
Payment: Bank transfer to the Club’s IBAN by the 10th of the following month
Invoice: DoMore issues an invoice for the 12% commission
Cash payments at the venue do not go through DoMore and carry no commission.
In open matches only payments made through DoMore count. Players added by the Club who pay at the venue do not count.
Refunds to players are deducted from the month’s collections. If a refund arises after the Club has been paid, it is offset in the next settlement.
The Club reviews the settlement and may dispute it in writing within 15 days.
The commission may change with at least 30 days’ written notice. The Club may then terminate the partnership at no cost.
5. Cancellation policy towards players
The Club accepts the policy in the Terms of Use: full refund for cancellations at least 6 hours before, no refund for less than 6 hours, and automatic cancellation of an open match that is not full 2 hours before. For bookings cancelled with a refund, no amount is owed to the Club.
6. Player data
The Club receives name, phone number and booking details only to serve bookings at its venue. It does not use them for marketing without the player’s consent, does not share them with third parties, and protects them under the GDPR as an independent controller.
7. Content and promotion
The Club allows DoMore to use its name, logo and photos in the app, on the website and on social media to promote the venue, for as long as the partnership lasts. It guarantees that it holds the rights to everything it uploads.
8. Term and termination
Indefinite term. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
Bookings already confirmed are honoured and settled as normal.
DoMore may immediately suspend the listing in case of fraud or serious breach.
9. Liability
DoMore is not liable for accidents or damage at the venue, or for loss of revenue due to temporary unavailability of the app. DoMore’s total liability does not exceed the commissions of the last 3 months, except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. DoMore for Business
Future paid packages (DoMore for Business) will have separate pricing terms and are optional. The Free package (€0 + 12%) remains available.
11. Governing law
Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction.
